Start in open leg natural stance. On command move to informal attention stance and bow.
- Feet move, heels together II \/ II. Fist in face.
- Narrow horse riding stance. Punch to the hips with both fists.
- Left back stance, facing 9 o'clock. Left open hand out with arm bent at the elbow,
right arm window with open hand.
- Right back stance, facing 3 o'clock. Right open hand out with arm bent at the elbow,
left arm window with open hand.
- Move left foot back into informal attention stance, with right fist on right hip, left fist
above it facing downwards.
- Left kick to 9o'clock with a left backhand strike
- Place left foot down in horseriding stance, right roundhouse elbow to left palm.
- Move right foot into informal attention stance, fists on the left hip.
- Right kick to 3 o'clock with a right backhand strike
- Place right foot down into horseriding stance, left roundhouse elbow to right palm.
- Move right foot into right forward leaning facing 12 o'clock, right outside knifehand
to neck, left hand 'shield eyes from sun'.
- Step behind with left leg into crouching horse towards 9 o'clock but facing 12 o'clock,
scoop down round & up with right hand into augmented backfist strike to 12 o'clock.
- Unfold to 4:30 (anticlockwise), end with left foot a little in front. X block down with
right on top. Unfold to bunny hands. (Two fists chin level, facing outwards.)
- Right kick and step through, right rabbit punch, left rabbit punch.
- Slide right foot so facing 7:30, right foot a little in front, X block with left on top,
unfold to bunny hands.
- Left kick and step through, left rabbit punch, right rabbit punch.
- Left forward leaning stance with left augmented forearm block. Same on right, same on left.
- Double knifehand strike (St-9), pull down to right knee which comes up, step
a little to the left with right leg (like a crouching horse but not crouching), unfold to 10:30
with double inside knifehand.
- Step to 1:30, double knife hand
- Step up into informal attention stance (with double diamond block) and bow.
- Fists to hips then down to groin, move into open leg natural.
