Start in open leg natural stance. On command move to informal attention stance and bow.
- Feet move, heels together II \/ II. Fist in face.
- Move left leg into narrow horse riding stance, facing 12 o'clock. Punch to the hips
with both fists.
- Move into left back stance facing 9 o'clock with a left inside forearm block.
- Step up with right leg into informal attention stance, backfist punch with the right fist
(lung one) with right straight fist punch (L-13); then backfist punch with
the left fist (lung one) with right straight fist punch (L-13).
- Right foot back and pivot into right back stance facing 3 o'clock, with a right inside
forearm block.
- Step up with left leg into informal attention stance, backfist punch with the left fist
(lung one) with right straight fist punch (L-13); then backfist punch with the right fist
(lung one) with left straight fist punch to the (L-13).
- Turn to face 12 o'clock in left forward leaning stance with an inside knife hand strike.
- Step forward into right forward leaning stance with a right four finger spear hand,
left hand on right arm. KIAI.
- Right arm back to protect the side of the head, right foot back and pivot 360 degrees,
left foot out to finish in left forward leaning stance with a left gedan barrai.
- Step forward into right forward leaning stance, right straight fist punch to the philtrum.
- Step forward into left forward leaning stance, left straight fist punch to the philtrum.
- Step forward into right forward leaning stance, right straight fist punch to the
philtrum. KIAI.
- Pivot anticlockwise to face 6 o'clock, in informal attention stance with fist on the hips (hitting surfaces).
- Step forward into horse riding stance facing 3 o'clock. Right shoulder block, right
backfist punch to the philtrum, right fist back to hip.
- Step forward into horse riding stance facing 9 o'clock. Left shoulder block, left
backfist punch to the philtrum, left fist back to hip.
- Step forward into horse riding stance facing 3 o'clock. Right shoulder block, right
backfist punch to the philtrum, right fist back to hip.
- Step into left forward leaning stance facing 6 o'clock, left straight punch to the solar plexus.
- Step up with right leg into horse riding stance facing 6 o'clock, left fist on left hip
facing upwards, right fist above it; and immediately pivot on right foot into horse
riding stance facing 12 o'clock. Skip across to the right, moving right fist to right
hip facing upwards, left fist above it.
- Step up into informal attention stance and bow.
- Fists to hips then down to groin, open leg natural.
