    Pinan Two

    Start in open leg natural stance. On command move to informal attention stance and bow.

  1. Feet move, heels together II \/ II. Fist in face.
  2. Move left leg into horse riding stance, facing 12 o'clock. Punch to the hips with
    both fists.
  3. Widen stance, left gedan barrai, looking towards 9 o'clock.
  4. Move back into left back stance, facing 9 o'clock, with a left hammer fist.
  5. Step into right forward leaning stance, with a right straight punch.
  6. Step back into Horse riding stance facing 12 o'clock..
  7. Right gedan barrai, looking towards 3 o'clock.
  8. Move into right back stance, facing 3 o'clock, with a right hammer fist.
  9. Step into left forward leaning stance, with a left straight punch.
  10. Left foot in and then slide forwards into a left forward leaning stance facing
    12 o'clock, with a left gedan barrai.
  11. Step forward into a right forward leaning stance, strike with right arm to lung 5
    on the left, then right arm up into a rising forearm block.
  12. Step forward into a left forward leaning stance, strike with left arm to lung 5
    on the right, then left arm up into a rising forearm block.
  13. Step forward into a right forward leaning stance, strike with right arm to lung 5
    on the left, then right arm up into a rising forearm block. KIAI.
  14. Long turn to 4:30. Move into a left forward leaning stance and execute left straight
    punch to solar plexus.
  15. Step forward toward 4:30 into a right forward leaning stance, punch to philtrum.
  16. Step back into a right forward leaning stance facing 7:30, punch to philtrum.
  17. Step forward into left forward leaning stance towards 7:30, punch to the philtrum.
  18. Step back and into a left forward leaning stance facing 6 o'clock, punch to the
    philtrum.
  19. Step forward towards 6 o'clock into right forward leaning stance, punch to the
    solar plexus.
  20. Step forward towards 6 o'clock into left forward leaning stance, punch to the
    solar plexus.
  21. Step forward towards 6 o'clock into right forward leaning stance, punch to the
    solar plexus.
  22. Long turn to 10:30, left back stance, double knife hand strike (left hand in front).
  23. Step forward, into right forward leaning stance facing 10:30, with a double knife
    hand strike (right hand in front).
  24. Step back, into right back stance facing 11:30, double knife hand strike (right
    hand in front).
  25. Step forward, into left forward leaning stance facing 11:30, double knife hand
    strike (left hand in front).
  26. Step into informal attention stance facing 12 o'clock, bow.
  27. Fists to hips then down to groin, open leg natural.
