    Pinan One

    Start in open leg natural stance. On command move left foot to informal attention stance and bow.

  1. Feet move, heels together II \/ II. Fist in face.
  2. Narrow horse riding stance. Punch to the hips with both fists.
  3. Left back stance facing 9 o'clock. Left fist out horizontal with arm bent at the elbow, right
    Fist at temple. Bring arms to chest (right arm over left arm), back hand punch with right hand,
    right fist to hip.
  4. Right back stance facing 3 o'clock. Right fist out horizontal with arm bent at the elbow, left
    fist at temple.Bring arms to chest (right arm over left arm), back hand punch with right hand,
    left fist to hip.
  5. Still facing 3 o'clock, move into informal attention stance, with left upward facing fist on left hip
    and right downward facing fist above left.
  6. Side thrust kick with right foot to the knee, with right arm extended also. Move into
    left forward leaning stance facing 12 o'clock, with a left inside knife hand strike.
  7. C step forward into right forward leaning stance, with a right inside knife hand strike.
  8. C step forwards into left forward leaning stance, left inside knife hand strike.
  9. C step forwards into right forward leaning stance, with a right spear hand into the
    solar plexus (left hand faced down on top of right, upper arm). KIAI.
  10. Long turn to face 4:30, left forward leaning stance, with a left inside knife hand
    strike, right knife hand lower and to ribs.
  11. Step forward into a right forward leaning stance, with a right knife hand to neck, left
    to ribs.
  12. Step back into a right forward leaning stance facing 7:30, right knife hand, left to ribs.
  13. Step forward into a left forward leaning stance, left inside knife hand strike, right to ribs.
  14. Step back and out into a left forward leaning stance facing 6 o'clock. Right hand
    inside forearm block then right backfist punch. Right snap kick to solar plexus
    (with back leg), foot lands forward into right forward leaning stance. Left
    reverse punch.
  15. Left hand inside forearm block then left backfist punch. Left snap kick to solar
    plexus (with back leg), foot lands forward into left forward leaning stance. Right reverse
    punch.
  16. Step into right forward leaning facing 4:30, right augmented forearm block.
  17. Swivel to 10:30, left forward leaning stance, left Gedan Barrai.
  18. Step forward into right forward leaning stance, right rising forearm block (map out L-5).
  19. Step back into a right forward leaning stance facing 1:30, right Gedan Barrai.
  20. Step forward into left forward leaning stance, left rising forearm block (map out L-5).
  21. Step into informal attention stance facing 12 o'clock, bow.
  22. Fists to hips then down to groin, open leg natural.
