    Dragon (performed as one continuous flow)

    Start in open leg natural stance On command move right foot to informal attention stance and
    bow (No Oose).

  1. Rising circular double dragon's claw up, around, & down through centre (crossed, left hand
    in front of right hand,) palms outward, rising onto balls of feet. Drop into crouch as claws
    come down, rise up again, back straight.
  2. Step left foot forward into horse riding stance facing 3 o'clock, looking 12 o'clock with
    left hand dragon's fist strike St-5 and right hand dragon's claw guard to temple.
  3. Move left foot into left forward leaning facing 12 o'clock, fists to hips then double knife
    hand strike to side of neck (St-9). Grasp opponents head with both hands, draw down to
    meet right rising knee strike. Right leg stays up in crane stance, ghost kick, right side thrust kick, back
    to crane, slide right foot into right forward leaning stance facing 3 o'clock, with double
    scooping block (Left hand down behind, Right hand up infront).
  4. Right leg moves behind into crouching horse facing 12 o'clock, with dragons claws crossed
    in front of face, palms outwards, left hand in front. Left side thrust kick to 9 o'clock, into
    crane, then slide left foot into forward leaning stance facing 9 o'clock with double scooping
    block (Right hand down behind, Left hand up infront).
  5. Step left foot up to right foot in informal attention stance facing 12 o'clock, with a right
    backfist to head and left downward facing fist horizontal under right elbow.
  6. Right leg back thrust kick, right leg into crane then back into a deep forward leaning stance
    with double scooping block (Left hand up infront, Right hand down behind).
  7. C-step into deep right forward leaning stance with right augmented mid-section forearm
    block with wrist on top.
  8. C-step into deep left forward leaning stance with left roll arm block and right sun fist.
  9. Small skip forwards into left back stance, with right backfist to left palm (like start of
    fist in face).
  10. Grasp opponents head with both hands, draw down to meet right rising knee strike. Right
    leg stays in crane stance, right side thrust kick, back to crane, slide right foot into right
    forward leaning stance facing 3 o'clock, with double scooping block (Left hand down
    behind, Right hand up infront).
  11. Right leg moves behind into crouching horse facing 12 o'clock, with dragons claws crossed
    in front of face, palms outwards, left hand in front. Left side thrust kick to 9'oclock, into
    crane, then slide left foot into forward stance facing 9 o'clock with double scooping block
    (Right hand down behind, Left hand up infront).
  12. Step left foot up to right foot in formal attention stance with right sun fist strike with left
    downward facing horizontal knife hand under right elbow.
  13. Right leg back thrust kick, placing right foot back down into horse riding stance facing
    12 o'clock, fists on hips.
  14. Execute right punch to mid-section, double punch, right punch, left punch, left knife hand
    parry, right punch, right knife hand parry, left punch, left knife hand parry, right punch.
  15. Turn right hand punch into chickens beak pointing to 3'oclock. Cross right leg behind left
    and turn to 6 o'clock in horse riding stance with left downward parry. Fists to hips.
  16. Execute left punch to mid-section, double punch, left punch, right punch; right knife hand
    parry, left punch & right parry across to left shoulder, right hand to hip; left knife hand
    parry, right punch & left parry across to right shoulder, left hand to hip; right knife hand
    parry, left punch & right parry across to left shoulder.
  17. Move right foot forward into horse riding stance facing 3 o'clock, looking towards 6 o'clock
    with a right bottom fist strike to groin with left hand dragon's claw guard to temple.
  18. Step left foot behind into crouching horse, with right side thrust kick to 6 o'clock, place foot
    down into horse riding stance facing 3 o'clock with right hammer fist strike to groin, and left
    hand dragon's claw guard at temple.
  19. Step back into left back stance facing 12 o'clock, left chickens beak facing 9 o'clock, right
    dragons fist facing 9 o'clock (like punching own fist). Skip forwards into left back stance,
    left backfist to palm of right hand (like start of fist in face). Informal attention stance, grab
    head over right shoulder and throw down across front of body.
  20. Step right foot forward slightly across center line, then execute double spinning death kick
    (left leg first) ending up in horse riding stance facing 9 o'clock, with double parry down.
  21. Move right leg back into left forward leaning stance, roundhouse side fist punch to left side
    of head with left thumb bent.
  22. C-step forward with right leg into right forward leaning stance, right roundhouse side fist
    punch with right thumb bent.
  23. Step left leg up to informal attention stance facing 12 o'clock with Rising circular double
    dragon's claw up, around, & down through centre (crossed, left hand in front of right hand)
    palms outward, rising onto balls of feet. Drop into crouch as claws come down, rise up
    again, back straight.
  24. Step out right into open leg natural stance bringing fists to hips then down to groin.
