To start the program, double-click the program's icon. When you start the application, it installs a small icon in the taskbar's system tray in the lower-right corner of your screen near the clock.
The application has a familiar interface, simple and sweet, so right-click the icon to display a popup menu.
General info You can see the CD-ROM drive letter as well as a disk's volume label at the top of the menu. If you have more than one drive, you will see all of them at the top. Here you can choose a CD drive to control. All the commands will operate the drive marked by an icon. All but one, because the Audio CD commands deal with the drive you selected earlier in Windows for music playing. To change the active drive, click a corresponding menu item. Explore Below there are two items that allows you to open a CD folder in Windows Explorer or My Computer. Autoplay AutoPlay feature allows Windows to automatically start an application off a CD-ROM as soon as the disc is inserted into the drive. Now you can launch it any time by clicking the menu line. Open CD drive The next two lines speak for themselves. There is no need to open or close the drive door manually anymore, do it by clicking the appropriate item. You can left-click the program's icon to do the same thing quicker. One click to open the drive and another one to close it. CD player It is time for music. When a CD Audio disc is inserted, you can access it using the Windows CD Player and it is the first option. The second one is to use the program's CD Player. It is intended to give you an easy way to listen to music, because the usual way to control it can be fun, but is rather a waste of time, and there is no greater waste... Point to the corresponding submenu caption to see the set of Player's commands and some information about the disc and tracks. This item is disabled if CD Audio disc is not inserted. Settings The last submenu gives you a possibility to access the various Windows settings concerning the CD-ROM drives. Configure the system, sounds and multimedia, adjust the volume. Language It speaks English and Russian now. Options...

Click the "More..." button to define some additional hot keys. "Auto-close the drive" (unchecked by default). If you set it on, after opening the drive you will see a window. This window is always at the top. Hot keys (under the buttons) work despite of the active window, so you can press it any time. The button "Close" shuts the drive immediately. "Password protect the drive" (unchecked by default). The password protection avoids any misuse of your CD drive. Every time someone tries to open the drive the person will be prompted for your password. First you must enter the password in the window below. You can change your password any time. Click the "Change..." button to get the window again.
When the drive is locked you need the password to open it, to unlock the drive, to exit the program. If you have more than one drive, only your active (selected) drive is locked. It is possible to eject trays either automatically or after an additional question. Check "after confirmation" (unchecked by default) to get the dialog below.
