Bangladesh army torture an indigenous man in Naniachar
On 15 July 1991, Bangladesh army of 8 Engineers Battalion from the army camp at Bogachari in Naniachar led by Capt. Shamim severely beat an indienous man at Naniachar Bazar in Rangamati district. Bangladesh army beat the indigenous man for buying 1 kilogram more rice than he was permitted to buy by the army authorities. The victim is:
