Poetry- The Second Chapter
Queendom
Superiority allows for ignorance
Vice stirs among the Kings

If I were a Queen, I would speak
That-in itself- shakes foundations
I would tear down mottoes
and clichés
I would wash the feet of my
servants with my hair and best perfume
I would send for musicians, artist, and poets
I would request my myth be told
I would pardon the rebels, extremists
In among them I would be free
My life would become the State's
and thus, terminated

If I am going to speak
I will be heard
