Techer/Tyrany

This strategy is widely popular but also very complicated and high maintenance. To be a techer means that you will be Producing Tech and only Tech which the yast majority of it you will sell on the public market. Now the real difficulty in being a Techer is that you must predict which Tech people will buy and which tech will sell for the most. You must find a point of equilibrium between these two aspects of the strategy. If you find a technology that sells for high prices but not very many people buy it then you won't make enough money and you will not be able to grow as a country.

If you want to be A techer Tyrany for a government is a must, but You will have to start out as a communist. You should use a communism gov and an Idustrialist government untill you reach about 4000 acres in land.

The reason for waiting this long is so that you will have the strong foundation neded to be a good techer, and the research market will have matured enough so that it is stable allowing you to more accurately predict the best prices for your technology.

It is crucial that you have a bpt(buildings per turn of around 100(400 construction sites) at the point of strat/gov change. This will allow you to switch with the smallest damage to your net worth.

It is all important that you do not have any trash buildings, these are buildings that do not help maximise your net worth such as farms and too many Enterprize zones/housing. Now some people chose to have some farms and lots of Ezones/housing but i beleive that it is more efficient to just buy your food. Also you can't forget to stock up on military.

Keep your Research levels close to max if not max also.
