About Me

Hey everyone, my name is RJ Gilligan and I am 14 years old. I first got started with The Beatles when I was very young. I started collecting Beatles Records after my friend (Andrew Bassert) and I went into his basement to check out stuff. We came upon his dads collection of records and started looking through it to see if we knew any bands.
When I saw The Beatles I got excited. Turns out he had a couple of rare albums. 2 Songs Pictures and Stories records in "ok" shape and most of their first Albums. His dad figured he had no use for them, so he gave them to Andrew. After that it was a competition to see who could get the most. I went to record stores and began learning about things and buying Beatles records. We made little charts which eventally turned into this site. I have about 74 Beatle records and Andrew has about 48. We had become pros, if I may, at the hobby.

I made this site for people to collect their albums easier without the hassle of figuring out all of the records that The Beatles actually came out with. Something that really annoyed me was trying to get all the original sleeves for the older records, so that is why I added that in the lists. It would really help if you knew of any of the sleeves that I didn't list. Just leave a short description in my guestbook or e-mail me. I want to get these lists complete.

The Beatles are not the only group I like, just my favorite band. I like anybody who has a real talent in the guitar because I respect that. The Guitar is my favorite instrument. I like punk and ska too. Rap is awful.

Anyway, I also play the guitar. I've been playing for 4 or 5 years now. Its very fun. I used to be in a band with my friends. My guitars are a Fender Bullet, a Guild semi-hollow body from the early 60's

I collect comics too. A almost complete Spiderman and Fantastic Four collection. My favorite TV shows are Conan O'Brian, The Simpsons, and Monty Pythons Flying Circus. I have a friend who has a web site. Its about star wars and Quake. If you would like to check it out then click here.

I also used to have a cat named Conner and i miss him deeply. So that about wraps it up. Enjoy the lists! ...oh, wait. I almost forgot. I work on a farm and milk cows. :)
