What is a Master
This is an interesting Question….I think to answer the, it is easier to take a look first at what a Master is not. A master is not just some guy that can type in caps…… nor someone who runs around waving his Honour as a battle flag….. He is not one that must make public displays of His power to feel secure, nor belittle others to feel good…. Neither should He continually be forcing His will upon others
To Me being a Master is being confident in My manhood, secure in My feelings of self worth and assured of My place in the grand scheme….
An Overt display of Power while necessary some times is not a preferred stance for He that has to continually tell others of His Strength makes Me wonder how much of that is assuring Himself…
To Me a simple glance or disapproving look is all that is needed…. For if a Master Has done His job well then His sub or slave will react… and interestingly enough so will others
In regards to Online Gor….to be secure in Your Honour….able to withstand a barb or an even an insult at times….to treat Others How You would wish to be treated
Strength comes from within….a Master must be strong to lend his strength to those he cares for… to protect with out smothering, to help grow
A Master Must be self assured….not plagued with nagging doubts about whether this is the right course of action…..though be able to admit, understand and adjust if He has made a mistake….
When as Master looks at a little one he does not just see a slave….He sees possibilities
When a Master sees a difficult situation He does not see a problem….He sees a challenge
A Master must Be confident in His abilities though never unwilling to learn….for if You ever get to the point where You think that You know it all it is time to quit…
Unfortunately, during My Time Online I have seen Many Masters that "just don't get it"…they swagger and pose, berate a little one to the point of tears, and to tell the, truth reminding of nothing More than a little Bantam rooster …..I once saw a Master cuff a girl to the ground because she had the audacity to climb on top of him during sex…He cursed and swore that no slave was going to "fuck" Him…. Well needless to say she left and He didn't get laid…
I have heard it said that We are only Masters because the little ones let Us…..there is a lot of truth in this….though a True Master has no problem in finding little ones, actually they usually find Him….
Being a Master is not ALL about dominating another…in fact to Me that is only a small though important part of it….A Master is at times a father…a brother…a lover and a friend….All of this Makes up a Master and lacking any part makes You incomplete…..a fact the little ones seem to spot quite easily….
RT vs VT….. what is RT….if I can reach out My hand and touch You then it is RT…..VT is everything else….online chat, ICQ, email, telephone calls….is there adifference Between an RT and a VT Master…. OH Yeah big time….with out belittling either not going into the differences at this time I will just say that while sometimes they coincide the relationship is not the same…never has been and never will be….
In conclusion let Me say this….to Be a Master one Must Master themselves first
