Blueberry Pie

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 T. cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 4 cups blueberries
  • pie crust for a 2 crust pie.
  • 1 T. butter or margarine

Preparation -
Mix dry ingredients together; Add to blueberries. Line a 9" or 10" inch pie dish with rolled out pie dough. Add berry mixture. Dot with butter. Roll our remaining pie dough and cut into 3/4" wide strips to make a lattice top, or make a full top crust. Slit in several places. Crimp edges.

Bake at 425 for about 50 minutes, or until crust is very lightly browned.
