Coleslaw


  • 1 small head cabbage
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation -
Grate or finely shred the cabbage. Combine all other ingredients & blend thoroughly. Pour over the grated cabbage. For best taste, refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours before serving.
