Mike's IROC

I have owned this car since July 2001, this is my third Camaro. It is a 1986 with just over 49,000 miles. The interior and exteior are in mint condition.

New Pics!

This is a new picture of the engine. Note the strut tower brace.
This is a 305 cu. in. V-8 with TPI (Tuned Port Injection). It is equipped with two K&N filterchargers. The intake manifold, valve covers, and alternator have all been polished by Michael Overstreet in Arkansas.

These are Z-Rated Bridgestone Potenza RE730s. They are size 245/50/R16. The tires offer a lot better traction than the previous ones, and are all around better tires.

Here are all the parts that were polished. From left to right: Intake manifold, throttle body, thermostat housing, plenum, and valve covers.

1986 was the first year the government mandated a Center High Mounted Stop Light, otherwise known as a third brake light. 1986 Camaros were the only ones to have it placed at the top of the rear hatch.

This is the first year of the 145mph speedometer. The tachometer also yellows at 4500rpm because of the "peanut" camshaft. Noticeable is the lack of a drivers-side airbag.

I also have a sound system.
