Guti, whos real name is José Marie Alagonzo Gutierrez, came to us all the way from Spain, or as he likes to say, "Espana" anyway, Guti loves to do cool stuff. think Ralph, then add Spanish flair and a soulful gaze....mmmm yeh. Guti works downstairs in the mailroom where he goes about his work collecting stamps and prank calling Dave and Ralph upstairs. though his conversational english sucks eggs, Guti makes up for it by keeping things playful around a highly competitive corporation in a high competition industry.

Meet Mike. he's the primary security chief at CBs. if theres a "mole" in the system, he's gonna find it. steal office supplies, you're a dead man. mike plays by the book and lives by the gun. and don't try to get a glimpse of the "scab of the week" before it's revealed - mike's got that secret under lock and key. he's a vietnam vet, so you know Mike's "not all there." also a stickler for complete control, he broke Franklin's nose b/c he forgot to "learn the meaning of 'limit one per serving' on taco tuesday.
