during the deep-thaw of 1990, the rolly-poleys couldn't find any suitable work up around Santaland, USA, so they arrived at our doorstep, wet, dirty,and foul-mouthed. Keith washed their fur and Jäson washed their mouths out good. Frederick, Emilio, and Gutti we're originally looking for a place to crash, but that's not what they got. the CBs had Axel on their minds and they were intent on giving him something he could appreciate. hence the poleys were told to pack their bags and to quote Martin Lawerence, "Start the Steppin'." Just in time for the "Use your Illusion" Tour, the poleys were given to Axel shortly before the Philadelphia opening. Axel wept like a wee man and the poleys received him with soft, managable paws and open hearts. even though Guns 'n' Roses are defunct, Axel can still be seen kickin' out the jams with skin-tight jeans, a red bandana, and his new found Cuddles
