Medi Viper: Cobra Field Medic
Medi-Viper was one of earliest customs, based on a design by Evilface. This was my very first custom actually using Joe parts, and I think he turned out fine, but nothing special. The Medi-Vipers were seen in the comics once, I believe, in one of the later issues.
