Shadow Ops was the first custom project done by the folks at The Bivouac, and Black Bag was my submission. Shadow Ops was desribed as a ultra-covert operations branch of G.I. Joe that even G.I. Joe doesn't know about. General Hawk is the liason and unoffical supervisor of this group of hand picked men who voluntarily gave up their very identities for military service. Black Bag is the Night Operations specialist for Shadow Ops.
