Let us resolve to give our children an India
Where every last person is literate,
Where no child sleeps at night not having had a decent meal all day,
Where no children are abused and made to work prior to adulthood,
Which is the bastion and beacon of women's equality and respect,
Which can rise tall in the family of nations and return to her pristine glory.
