I think she's joking. She's assuming everyone will understand that it's a joke. But unfortunately in the current atmosphere even those of us who should supposedly know better are easily confused. I think she should stop.

oops, sorry. It really is just a joke. Perhaps more of an in joke that probably only a few people would 'get' to the fullest extent. I'll not go around saying I was sacked any longer.For the record, I was not sacked. I quit. I even gave notice ahead of time for the admin resignation.
