pkg Raspberry Jell-O
cups water (or see note)
oz. can crushed pineapple in own juices -- drained
can whole cranberry sauce
cup port wine
cup chopped walnuts
light sour cream&
1 8 oz.
pkg Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese
cup powdered sugar
Boil water or
water/juice combination; stir in Jell-O until dissolved. Cool in
refrigerator until soft set.
Jell-O with a beater and then add the drained pineapple, cranberry sauce,
wine and nuts (if using).
pretty glass serving bowl and return to the refrigerator for a few hours
In a mixing
bowl, combine sour cream, cream cheese and powdered sugar and blend well.
Spread on top of cranberry Jell-O salad.
water, you can use a combination of water and pineapple juice. Also,
you can omit the walnuts if you do not like them or someone is
allergic to nuts.
also divide this recipe into two dishes, and serve one dish with the
nuts (obviously using 1/2 cup of nuts) and the other without the nuts.
