Best Cheese Ball
This recipe can easily be doubled, tripled. Sometimes I make them around
the holidays and give them as gifts! These beat store bought (yuck) cheese
balls any day.
all ingredients except parsley and walnuts; mix well and refrigerate
Shape into balls or logs. Mix snipped parsley and walnuts and roll the
balls or logs in the mixture until evenly coating the entire surface. Wrap
in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serve with crackers, mini rye bread rounds, mini sour dough rounds, etc.
