Taco Surprise
(One Dish Dinner)

• 1 lb. Ground Beef (or turkey, or pork)
• 1 packet taco seasoning
• 1 can corn - 15 1/4 oz. Drained
• 1 can crushed tomatoes - 15 oz. Do not drain
• 1 can kidney beans ( or chili beans) - 15.5 oz. Drained
• 1 block cheddar cheese grated - 8 oz. save about 2 oz. to melt on top.

Prepare beef and taco seasoning as directed on packet.

Add the corn, tomatoes and kidney beans to the taco meat mixture. 

Cook for about 10 minutes then add all but 2 ounces of the grated cheddar. Stir well and let cook for another 5 to 10 minutes.

Top with remaining 2 ounces of cheese. Cover until the cheese is melted.
