• 4 tbs cooking oil
• 3 lbs chicken parts
• Salt & Pepper to taste
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1/2 cup chopped onion

Brown chicken , sauté garlic and onion. 

Combine all ingredients in roaster or casserole dish

Bake at 350 for 1 hr.

Serve with cooked pasta.
