Easy Lemon Cheesecake
Lynn, Ohio


  • 1 8oz pkg cream cheese softened
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp lemon peel, optional;

Mix above ingredients and pour into a graham cracker crust (I usually buy one, but you can make your own) refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
