Soup
Blend chicken broth and instant potatoes. Melt margarine, add flour and brown lightly. Stir in milk. Add potatoes & broth mix. Add diced potatoes, garlic, white pepper, black pepper, sugar and salt. Stir well. Simmer until desired thickness. Top with shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon & chives. I have also added a couple cans of creamed corn also, and this makes a very hearty, winter soup.
