These might be fun for kids to help with, especially the stirring.

 Chocolate Pudding 

• 1/2 C Bisquick baking mix
•  3/4 C sugar
•  1/3C cocoa
•  1C water
•  2C milk 

Combine in large saucepan. Cook stirring constantly until thickens and boil one minute.  Serves 6

 Butterscotch Pudding 

• 1C brown sugar
• 3T flour 
• 1/2 t salt 
• 2T margarine
• 3T water
• 1 1/2 C milk 
• 2 egg yolks (beaten) 
• 1/2 t vanilla 

Mix dry ingredients. 

Add beaten egg yolks to milk and water.  Add vanilla. 

Melt margarine and add liquids then add dry ingredients. 

Stir constantly for 20 minutes, especially around the edges.
