Crock Pot Pot Roast 
Troi, Florida

• 1 medium roast-any cut 

• seasoned meat tenderizer 

• pepper 

• a little water 
• paprika 
• garlic 

Place roast in crock pot rub with spices, and add a little water, no more that 1/4 cup cook on high for 2 hours, then put on low & cook all day. 

This is really convenient on Sundays, or any day you are too frazzled to worry about dinner.
