Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies
Combine in saucepan and bring to boil. Boil for a few minutes with a rolling boil (this helps it to set up as it cools). Take off heat, add 1 tsp. vanilla and then 3 cups of minute oats. One cup of peanut butter optional. Spoon them out on wax paper (set up on newspaper). Let them set for a few hours and then put them in the fridge on a plate. Enjoy!!
