Spaghetti Bravisimo
Jess, Rhode Island

  • 1 envelope of onion soup mix 
  • 1 8oz.  package of spaghetti 
  • 1 lb ground beef 
  • 1 8oz can tomato sauce 
  • 1 8oz. can tomato paste 
  • 1 tbs parsley 
  • 1 tsp oregano (optional) 
  • 6 cups boiling water     

In a large saucepan, combine soup mix and spaghetti with water.  Cook 20 minutes or until spaghetti is tender.  

Do not drain.     

In a large skillet, brown meat.  

Stir in tomato sauce and tomato paste.  Add parsley and oregano.  

When fully cooked, add to spaghetti and heat through.
