Baked pineapple
Troi, Florida 

  • 1 20 oz can crushed pineapple
  • 2 T cornstarch
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • dots of butter
 
Mix all of this together.
Pour in a buttered baking dish (if using 9x13, double recipe)
Bake 1 hour at 425.
