Chicken/Pasta Bake

My kids love this.

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 lb tri-colored rotini
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • lemon pepper
  • 1 package frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrots
  • seasoning salt
  • cheese

In a sauce pan place chicken and heavy seasoning (over season, it will help the flavor) and boil until chicken is cooked.

While chicken is boiling, cook and drain pasta and vegetables according to package directions and place in large mixing bowl.

When chicken is finished take out of the pan and cut into small bite size pieces and place in large mixing bowl with pasta and vegetables.

In a small bowl, mix canned soup with 1 full can of the water the chicken was boiled in (homemade chicken broth) until smooth. 

Pour soup mixture over pasta, chicken and vegetables until all is coated. 

Pour entire mixture into a casserole dish and top with plenty of cheese. 

Bake @ 350 degrees until cheese is completely melted.

Serve with garlic bread or salad.
