T's Cheeseburger Dish

  • 1 lb ground beef 

  • 1 can tomato soup  

  • 1 can cream of mushroom (or celery) soup

  • 1 small white onion, chopped

  • 1 small bell pepper, chopped 

  • 1 cup shredded cheese 

  • 2 cups cooked rice 

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

In a skillet, brown the ground beef, bell pepper and onion. Drain the beef well.

Stir in and simmer over medium heat, the soups, rice and black pepper.

When thoroughly heated, take off of heat and add the cheese. Stir well.

Serve immediately. Goes great with raw broccoli and bread.
