Stuffed Tomatoes Turkey, ham, chicken or tuna salad Red Ripe tomatoes Cut the top off of the tomato and cut the middle out of the tomato to make a cup. OR Slice the tomatoes in an x pattern, not cutting all the way through. Flower it out. Fill with Turkey, ham or chicken salad. Serve with cut up melon, pineapple, strawberries or a combination thereof.
