Deab's Barbeque Favorites Lamb Kebabs
Marinate lamb for at least 3 hours in olive oil, lemon and Cavender's all purpose Greek Seasoning in fridge. Soak wooden skewers in cold water for at least 1 hour prior to use. I prefer the steel ones. Marinate peppers (red, orange, green, or yellow) w. onion, zucchini, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, or any other vegetable that is approximately 1 to 2 in. in diameter. (or that can be cut up and hold its shape when cooked) in olive oil, salt and pepper, garlic, lemon and a dash of balsamic vinegar. Alternate meat and veggies on skewer. Grill for approximately 20 minutes on med heat, turning every 5 minutes. (4 sides) |
