CheeseHead's Grilling Tips


My husband makes fish on the grill. He takes a baking pan and puts the fish in it, then bastes it generously.  He adds lemon pepper to season, onion slices, and  a few sliced lemons on top  to make it look nice.  Canadian fish is the best.


Use a whole cabbage.  Core the middle.  Put a stick of butter in the middle.  Wrap it with tinfoil.  Grill it for a few hours until its soft and falls apart.  Salt and pepper it for seasoning.
