Grilled Green Beans

Wash and cut off the tips of some green beans ( a nice handful per person)

In a bowl, 

  • drizzle some oil (olive of course - once again you could use butter if you prefer), 
  • salt, 
  • a clove or 2 of chopped up garlic, 
  • and a bit of some chopped up herb like parsley or estragon or basil or oregano (fresh please!!).

Mix this all up and then wrap up the beans in foil --- I usually put a good size handful in each pack.
Place the foil packets on the grill and cook for about 10 minutes - turning every so often.

You can use the same system for potatoes (cut up in chunks), or any other veggie that you like.
