Caesar Salad

  • 1 jar of Marie's Creamy Garlic Dressing
  • 1 Garlic (peel all the cloves and add, the more garlic the zestier it tastes!)
  • 2 Tbsp of mustard (Dijon or spicy brown)
  • 1 can of Anchovies (flat fillet)
  • 2 lemons (squeeze the juice into a cup, EXTRACT THE SEEDS!)
  • Worcestershire Sauce (sprinkle it in)

Toss everything but the dressing into the blender, grind it up real well then
add the dressing and blend it all together.

Wash and cut up romaine lettuce. Let it air dry for a while.

Once it is dry, place it in your serving bowl, add Croutons and Parmesan cheese
and the dressing.

Mix well and serve!
