Tasty, Berry Easy This is an extremely easy and DELICIOUS way to treat your family and guests to strawberries. Rinse your berries and gently pat them dry with a towel. DO NOT REMOVE the stems. Make homemade whipped cream, adding sugar little by little until it is sweet enough. Whip until pretty stiff. Grate a good quality chocolate (Dutch, German or Swiss chocolate is good). You can do this with the grating blade of your food processor or by hand if you need to exercise your arm. To assemble, grab berries by the stems, coat in the whipped cream approximately 2/3 of the way up the berry. Then roll the coated berry in the shaved chocolate. EAT! |
