Fresh Fruit Tart

  • 1 cup wine or apple jelly 
  • 2 T. water 
  • 1 baked Pastry Shell
  • 1 cup Pastry Cream
  • About 2 cups prepared fresh fruit: I like to use a combination of kiwi, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, but you can use bananas, nectarines, peaches, oranges, apricots, grapes, mangoes, pears, pineapples or whatever fruit you prefer

Mix the jelly and water in a small pot and heat until the jelly is melted. This glaze will be brushed over the finished tart.
