Fruit Smoothies

This is something my friend got me into

  • Vanilla yogurt

  • ice

  • orange juice

  • vanilla

  • fresh or frozen fruit

The amounts depend on how much you are wanting to make.  

I usually do a handful of ice, maybe two cups of vanilla yogurt, a couple tablespoons of orange juice, a dash of vanilla, and a cup or more of fruit. 

I toss it all into the blender, and blend.  I have this for a snack or a meal.

 So far I have used strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and pineapple. 

My son and husband like this as well.
