South of the Borders
Kiddo, Florida

  • 2 8oz pkgs cream cheese softened
  • 2 pkgs powdered ranch dressing
  • 1 sm can chile peppers diced
  • 1 pkg of flour tortilla shells (10 count)
  • Favorite Salsa

Mix cream cheese till smooth.

Add ranch dressing and chili's till incorporated.

Spread on tortilla shells evenly.

Roll and cut on a angle. (I usually cut into 3 or 4 pieces).

Chill in refrigerator till ready to serve.  (Store them in an air tight container so they don't dry out)

Lay on platter with a bowl of your favorite salsa and serve.

If you are doing this for a party put colored toothpicks in them to make it more festive. Also makes for easier dipping.

If you would like them hotter use Jalapeno's instead.
