Crab Rangoons
Kiddo, Florida

These are a great appetizer for any Oriental Dinner.

(Note from ~t - these are little pieces of HEAVEN!)

  • 2 8oz pkg. cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 pkg of imitation crab or 1 c. of fresh crab
  • 1 pkg of wonton wraps
  • salt, pepper, garlic, and any oriental seasoning you like.
  • small bowl of water.
  • enough oil for deep frying.

Heat oil while mixing all together.

In mixing bowl,  mix cream cheese and crab together until well incorporated. 

Add seasonings. 

Place mixture in each wonton wrap, wet edges with water and fold over.

Place no more then 4 to 5 in oil at a time. 

Fry until golden brown. 

Drain on paper towels. Continue until all wraps are done. 

Serve with warm Sweet and Sour sauce.
