Try this delicious
chicken recipe the next time you barbecue. You'll LOVE it.
5 lb. skinless,
boneless chicken thighs
1/2 cup Kikkoman
Soy Sauce (don't substitute, it's the best)
1/2 cup beer
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup miso
(soybean paste available in the refrigerated Asian section of
your store's produce aisle) 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
minced fresh ginger
minced fresh garlic
Mix all marinade
ingredients until well blended. Marinate the chicken all day or overnight.
Barbecue and chow down!
