Miso Hibachi Chicken
**GoodMama, California**

Try this delicious chicken recipe the next time you barbecue. You'll LOVE it. 

  • 5 lb. skinless, boneless chicken thighs 

  • 1/2 cup Kikkoman Soy Sauce (don't substitute, it's the best) 

  • 1/2 cup beer 

  • 1/2 cup sugar 

  • 1/2 cup miso (soybean paste available in the refrigerated Asian section  of your store's produce aisle) 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter 

  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger 

  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh garlic 

Mix all marinade ingredients until well blended. Marinate the chicken all day or overnight. Barbecue and chow down!
