Chocolate Covered Strawberries

• Whole Big Strawberries
• 1 bag milk, dark or white chocolate chips
• Wax Paper
• A microwave Safe bowl

Place the chocolate chips in the microwave safe bowl. Melt on medium in the microwave. Stir every 15 seconds. Be careful - you don't want to burn or scorch the chocolate.

When the chocolate is thoroughly melted, dip the washed strawberries in the chocolate. Set on the wax paper and let it harden.

I like to do mine in the white chocolate and drizzle the milk chocolate over them. Or, visa versa, dip it in the milk chocolate and drizzle with the white chocolate.
