Chicken Loaf 
Laura, Indiana

  • One 5lb chicken, cooked and cubed 

  • 2 C of chicken broth 

  • 2 C milk 

  • 2 C bread crumbs

  •  4 eggs 

  • Salt and pepper to taste 

  • 2 C diced celery

Stir and mix all ingredients.  

Spoon into a greased baking dish.  

Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until a knife comes out clean when inserted in the center of the loaf.  

Serve in slices.
