Garlic sauce for Pasta

  • 1 lb linguini
  • 5-6 T extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 head garlic, minced fine
  • 4-5 T chopped Italian parsley
  • 1 tsp hot crushed red pepper.
  Boil water for pasta.  

When pasta is cooking, put olive oil in a pan and heat.  

Add garlic and cook until lightly golden  Add red pepper when garlic is done.

Drain pasta and toss with oil.

 Add parsley to taste.
