  Cream of Mushroom Soup Meatloaf
Tawnee, South Carolina

  • 1 lb. of ground round
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 slices of bread (broken up in small pieces).
  • 10 crackers (crushed).
  • dashes of Garlic, Lawry's Seasoning Salt, Onion Powder, and Pepper.
  • 3-5 dashes of Soy Sauce
Mix all the above ingredients together and put into a casserole dish or loaf pan. Bake at 350* for 1 hour.


Add one can of the soup ( pre-stirred) to the top of the meatloaf and bake for another 30 minutes.  Voila!!
