I don't have exact measurements, I just add till I think it looks right!  My mom made the worst meatloaf growing up so I thought I would just add things to give it some zip.

 

 I mix 

• between 2 and 3 lbs ground chuck,
• 2 eggs, 
• 1 pack of crackers-regular or Ritz, 
• a jar of hot picante, 
• a couple dashes of Tabasco, 
• 1/2 of a green pepper, 
• 1/4 of an onion and spaghetti sauce (gives it a much better taste than ketchup!)

 Put it in the pan.  Then I spread a thin layer of spaghetti sauce on top and bake.
