Pistachio Delight

This is great at barbeques and picnics.   Our whole family loves it, and I never have leftovers!

Bottom crust:  

  • 1 1/2 cup flour

  • 1 cup margarine (melted)

  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Mix and press into bottom of oblong pan (9x13, buttered).
Bake at 350 for 20 


  • 8 oz cream cheese

  • 1 cup confectioners sugar

  • 1/2 large tub of cool whip

 Combine and spread over cooled crust 


  • 2 pkg. pistachio pudding mix

  • 3 cups of milk

Mix and pour on top of cream cheese filling. 
Cover with remainder of cool whip
